Auth Stabilized + Email Verification

We tightened the whole auth stack for Zoo RPG:

• Email verification is now required before login.
• Forgot password flow ships via Resend.
• Username rules: letters, numbers, dashes; case‑insensitive uniqueness.
• API moved behind /api on the main domain to avoid mobile cookie issues.
